Since 1992, Dr. Sall has practiced in Syracuse, New York as an Otolaryngologist and Dentist with an emphasis in TMD, facial pain, general Otolaryngology, and the diagnosis and surgical treatment of sinonasal disorders and allergic rhinitis.  In addition, he maintains an active practice in the surgical management of sleep disorders.

Dr Edward T Sall obtained a DDS from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.  While at Columbia University he spent a year working in the Temporomandibular and Orofacial Pain Clinic under the direction of Dr. Joseph Marbach.

After dental school, he completed a GPR residency in Hospital Dentistry and joined his father in a private practice in general dentistry.

Due to his interest in facial pain and temporomandibular joint disorders he decided to return to medical school for additional training.  He attended SUNY Upstate Medical Center and received a MD in 1987, followed by a 5-year residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

In 2000, Dr. Sall obtained a MBA from SUNY Binghamton with an emphasis in healthcare and healthcare policy.  His business skills and training have lead him to numerous roles in health care and as a consultant to dental and medical companies in both otolaryngology and dentistry.

Dr. Sall became board certified In Sleep Medicine in 2012. Currently he is a consultant to the Upstate Medical Center Sleep Lab as well as the Crouse Irving Memorial Sleep Lab. Dr. Sall is the Medical Director for ProSomnus as well as  ProAct Health Solutions.

Dr. Sall maintains an active medical and surgical practice in sleep disordered breathing and has treated over 3500 patients with Oral Appliance Therapy.

Dr. Lawrence Krieger, MD

Dr. Krieger is a board certified otolaryngologist head and neck surgeon, with fellowship training in Otology / Neurotology (disorders of the ear). His undergraduate education was at Rutgers University, where he also received a Masters degree in physiology. He graduated from New Jersey Medical School and did his ENT residency at SUNY-Upstate. He completed his ear fellowship at the Warren Otologic Group in Warren, Ohio.

Dr. Krieger specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of ear disorders in adults and children including reconstructive surgery for hearing loss, surgical implants such as the BAHA (bone anchored hearing aid), and medical and minimally invasive treatments for balance disorders such as Meniere’s disease.

Additionally, Dr Krieger treats eustaceon tube dysfunction (endoscopic balloon dilatation), sleep apnea, snoring, allergy, and sinus disease.

He lives with his wife, daughter, 2 golden retrievers, and German shepherd. His hobbies include 30+ years of competing in triathlons, tae kwon do and haidong gumdo.

Rhonda F. Museums, FNP-C

Ms. Museums joined Advanced ENT Physicians and Surgeons in September, 2011. She is licensed as Nurse Practitioner in Family Health by the University of the State of New York Education Department, Offices of the Professions. Rhonda completed her Family Nurse Practitioner academic requirements at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, NY in 1997. Rhonda obtained her RN from St. Joseph’s School of Nursing in Syracuse, NY 1985.

Ms. Museums has worked in Primary Care since 1987 and has broad experience with chronic disease management as well as acute needs. In addition, she now provides Comprehensive Otolaryngology care to patients of all ages.

Her special interest and expertise remain in Family Medicine, Allergy, Otolaryngology, and currently Dental Sleep Medicine. She formerly owned and operated a Nurse Practitioner Women’s Health Practice.

Rhonda is an important part of the Advanced ENT Otolaryngologic Medicine Team. Her experience and expertise have played a key role in developing the practice’s reputation for providing high quality personalized service to its patients.
